Triathlon Easy

This triathlon-holiday is intended primarily for beginner athletes. Or if you will, is suitable for all those who do not want to make workouts particularly challenging, both for strength and for duration.

Well suited to triathletes interested in various distances, mainly Sprint or Olympic.

How many partecipants ?

- minimum 6 athletes

- maximum 15 persons (accompanying persons included)

The participants must be able to support workouts lasting about 10h in a week, even if carried out so bland.

It is assumed that the participants are able to support individual training sessions of at least 750mt for swimming, cycling 40km, and 10km for running (not consecutively as the triathlon, but as training sessions separated).

The holiday takes place in the heart of Tuscany, close to places and among the most beautiful villages of this region: Florence, Siena, San Gimignano, Volterra, the Chianti.

Lodging is provided in excellent hotels or farmhouses , with every comfort and situated in the most beautiful Tuscan countryside.

Training sessions are held at a swimming pool (covered or open depending on the season and weather conditions), with tanks of 25 or 50 meters, located a few miles away from where it is expected overnight.

During the holiday, according to the season and the weather, a training session could be held  in open waters, at the sea, on the Tuscan coast near Castiglione della Pescaia (GR), a seaside resort which is about 1 hour from the place of accommodation.

For cycling, bike training sessions take place on safe roads and little traffic, in very good condition with asphalt maintenance. Cycling you cross numerous Tuscan villages, and observe the views that have become famous around the world.

Running workouts will be held in small part on paved roads and mostly on dirt roads, penetrating in the countryside and in the woods of the Tuscan hills, through vineyards and olive groves that characterize this area.

For each workout, participants are followed and assisted by competent guides, practicing these sports and especially residents in the places where he expresses the stay: your guides live here!

DAY #4 SWIMMING - Endurance (A2) fractional short - series block (2000mt) RUNNING - Hilly sweet 8-10 km free
DAY #5 CYCLING - long (range 80-90 km) with variations mixed : FM extensive + intensive free EXCURSION & DINNER - Florence
DAY #6 SWIMMING - Technical block (T1) alternating with Resistance Aerobics (A2) (1600mt) RUNNING - 45' - Progressive two fractions (SlowMedium 2 \ 3 + 1 \ 3) free
DAY #7 CYCLING - Very long endurance activity - is intensive - code climbs 3.1 (two climbs 20'+15') free EXCURSION & DINNER - San Gimignano (jamboree !!!)
